DESCRIPTION:The Central Slovak Gallery in Banská Bystrica owns an extensive collection of works of an archival and project nature of the neo-avantgarde artist of the 60’s generation\, Stano Filko. The permanent exposure format from this HYDROZOA collection is not traditionally conceived as a closed exposure\, it’s variable due to according and changing program.\nIn galery\, it is implemented by invited authors\, who critically reconsider Filko’s radical concepts and update his legacy for the present in autonomous art projects.\nThe program\, the aim of which is not commodification but the dissemination of knowledge about Filko’s monumental work was made available to the public by the introductory part in 2017. DESCRIPTION:THE LAST OF THE NOBLEWOMEN \n(Czech Republic\, Slovakia\, 2019\, 110 min\, comedy) \nA comedy about the family\, the roods\, and about being able to win with the right people seemingly lost battles.\nFilm adaptation of Czech writer Evžen Boček bestseller “The Last of the Noblewomen” directed by Czech director Jiří Vejdělek (dir. of film Women in Temptation\, 2010). \n\n\nThe picturesque story of the Czech-American family of Count František Antonín Kostka of Kostka who learns that his aristocratic forebearers have left him their ancient family seat – the Castle of Kostka. \nFrank thus leaves New York with his wife\, Vivien\, and daughter\, Marie\, to return to Bohemia and reassume his estate. Unfortunately\, the castle is not in any condition to get rich off of – quite the opposite. It requires a big investment that they do not have.
