Hundreds of kilometres of groomed skiing trails are here for you in the surrounding area of Bansk\u00e1 Bystrica. The Kremnick\u00e9 vrchy mountains and its heart Skalka with the cross \u2013country skiing facility Biela stopa SNP (the White track of Slovak National Uprising) stadium are the truly paradise. Skiing trails are literally running here from each cardinal point (unitary orange plates will guide you everywhere). The popular starting points for Kremnick\u00e9 vrchy are the villages Kord\u00edky, Kr\u00e1liky, Malachov or Horn\u00e9 Pr\u0161any. The N\u00edzke Tatry (Low Tatras) mountains and the Starohorsk\u00e9 vrchy mountains also offer cross-country skiing trails of good quality. <\/p>\n
