Natural and cultural monuments in Banská Bystrica and its surroundings, events, tips for trips, but also an overview of accommodation and catering facilities and useful information and contacts. A qualified guide can provide you with all this. Due to the lack of qualified tourist guides in and around Banská Bystrica, we decided to organize a “Guide to Tourism” course, which will be implemented by an accredited educational institution directly in Banská Bystrica. Currently, these courses take place only in Bratislava, Nitra, Žilina and Martin, and last several months depending on the timetable.
The course in Banská Bystrica will be held intensively during 8 extended weekends, thus saving the participants not only time but also considerable costs for accommodation and transport.
